The coloring treatment is done in a hot chromium sulfuric acid

increase of oxide film thickness, the
color of the surface of the stainless steel sandblasted plate will
change. By controlling the immersion

plate. After hard film treatment, stable
compounds such as dichromium trioxide and chromium hydroxide are
generated on the cathode,
which not only fills the tiny pores in the oxide film, but also
improves the wear resistance, corrosion

material. The corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the
surface of the stainless steel sandblasting
plate are stronger than that of ordinary stainless steel, and it
can resist salt spray corrosion for more than
10 years and no discoloration under ultraviolet light for more than
